1. suspending from 300 hooks is not easy since piercing the hooks is the most unpleasant part of the suspension for most people. and 300 is a lot of piercing.

2. yes, one point suspensions are not that uncommon. it can be a one point suicide (back) or chest; i've also seen people hanging on two hooks, one on each knee, and cutting one off towards the end
