FF8 Lowest level/Early Power Up Run - pt 1 Opening

This run depends heavily on the card game, instead of drawing magic/summoning GF's. By playing the card game you will have access to some of the most powerful magic in the game before you even go to Timber. This includes magic like Triple, Tornado, Pain, Quake, Meltdown, all the -aga spells and others. Needless to say, you will be grossly overpowered by that time.

This run also includes the following:

- Getting all GF's.

- Getting all cards. Note that I will only get the rare cards that I need before the end of disc 3. I'll get the rest on disc 4.

- Getting Lionheart on Disc 1.

- The Seifer trick.

- Farming X-ATM092 (the robot spider) for AP.

- and more.

I will not do useless side-quests that give me items I can get easier somewhere else, like the Shumi Vilage quest or the Chocobo Forests.

I will upload the complete run, so you will see every card game and every battle I fight.

the graphics seem A LOT better than in my epsxe emulator. wonder if u used ps1, emulator or pc version...

@STRIFIST89 I never needed to use money to get those stat potions anyway, it takes too fricking long. Having squall remain at a low level as much as possible, and then using the cactuar island to level up gf's and getting all gf's to learn their stats+ skills is just easier. The only problem is getting a rosetta stone so in the end you can have 3 characters with +4 abilities. But its always a matter of preference of course, I just found money in FF8 to be an almost complete waste of time.

@michelrpg Ya, but... can't you use that infinite money trick to eventually get: (str ups, vit ups, etc...) for everyone??? I thought of doing it YOUR way before but... this way max' everyone out easily without compromise...

@runescapechode You are right, you dont have to prove anything to anyone. But you cant say "shes not hard" when you used invulnerability potions.. it takes away your credibility.

@michelrpg i can play 7 8 and 9 over and over again i enjoy the hell out of those 3 games more than any game i own with the exception for ff 3 Ive played and beat that game over 1 million times at least
