yep u are wrong! more and more companies are discovering that the Philippines have a better workforce than India. And filipinos speak better English than Indians, more like American english. I know from first hand experience!

I agree with you,,, I still remember when I called my friend who's at that time assigned in India. And every time my friend didn't answer the phone the call will automatically trasfer to the receptionist of the hotel and she tell me this "welcum to li-ber-ti-cum" it only mean's welome to liberty... funny but it's true.... kainis talaga kausap, one time pa i really need to ask the receptionist pero nainis lang ako at binagsakan ko na lang talaga ng phone....

in fact, i was referring to them...like my comment said. i don't care if they have higher scores. I am filipino...and i live in the states and it's extremely annoying for someone like me to speak to some indian half a world away and get no result. That's my point!

I am proud to say that many americans prefer Filipinos because i get a lot of customers who were relieved knowing that they got a Filipino reprentative.. i am a technical support representative of dell compnay a lot of customers got a relief when they reached me... they would say thank you because they can really understand me...
