Poltergeist Panic!! POSSIBLE POLTERGEIST EVIDENCE!!!

I had visited my friend recently and we happened to come across something I thought I would never believe. My friend believe this though because he had complained that his belongings sometimes get moved when he wasn't there. He thinks it is the person ho had lived there before and suppose died because he had temper issues. His neighbors said he would start throwing things and slamming doors, until one day he had a stroke. This was recorded at my friend bedroom and the camera was n accidentally I think because he had just got a new webcam, and we just got it working then, I think he forgot to stop recording, it was recording for a full 30 minutes, however, during those thirty minutes this happened.Please comment.

It's too easy to fake. Not saying it is. But, I could easily fake that with a crappy webcame, fishing line, and about 5 guys.
