Officers of the court - both lawyers and judges - can now dorn studs and even dreadlocks as long as they are smart. This is according to Chief Justice Dr. Willy Mutunga who through a statement on his Facebook page says such attire should not hinder the administration of justice...this is being seen as a move by the new Chief Justice to inject new ideas and shade what is regarded as colonial. Evelyn Wambui reports.
good news, good news. I suggest that the new article of clothing, whatever it may be, be easily identifiable as African by even the most ignorant of ignorant.
