Anybody else here in their late 30's or early 40's remembering their mom doing the laundry and hanging linen to dry outside? Moms gone but her music has influenced me to the days of summer being a kid home from school.

One of the classics of this era.. I can remember my aunt and grandmother hanging clothes on the clothesline and I watched from the back porch. The sun was hot, but there was a sense of family and security. How did we ever lose all of that? I think that childhood is the best time that one can possibly remember, for some of us anyway...

when i was a kid my dad use to listen to this when he got drunk, and now i just smoked some weed, and this song randomly came up in my brain so here iam, just chillaxing u know..... playing some b ball, when a couple of guys up to no good starting making trouble in my neighborhood, i got in 1 fight and my mom got scared and said... now ima go liste to that song bahaha
