on the 4th rakaat on the floor after the second tashud I always thought you can just finish (turn right, left) but one video showed an extra few lines or dua being recited, is this true? which salah does it count for?

is it the sheik sudais reading this surah it sounds really nice with tajweed!
Can someone please help me. When giving intentions to prayer, what do you read? I know you say how many Rukats but you haven't included in this video. Please help

@44amina There is nothing that needs saying out loud when making the intention for prayer. Ibn al-Qayyim said in Zaad al-Ma’aad (1/201): When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) stood up to pray, he would say: “Allaahu akbar,” and he did not say anything before that, or utter the intention (niyyah) out loud at all. He did not say, “I am going to pray such-and-such a prayer, facing the qiblah, four rak\'ahs, as an imam or following an imam.”

can anybody tell me when in jammaat how come imam never recietes aoudo bilahe minishataa nirajeem bismillahhirakhman niraheem before al fatihah?
dangflo 1 year ago
@dangflo Some Imams, if you do not hear them recite it silently. Some Imams do recite this before Fatiha aloud. But they all recite it whether you hear them or not. Allah knows best.
