such a nice guy would definitely been a future champ!!! was so sad to hear he passed away such a likeable personality!! never met him but watched alot of interviews and obviously watched him on wsm always such a cool and nice guy! R.I.P Jesse Marunde your gone but not forgoten!!!

How could anyone bad mouth this man? Jesse Marunde was the nicest professional sports celebrity I ever met. I met him face to face during the Essington PA Strongman contest in 2004. He took a lot of time to talk to my brother and I about lifting weights etc. I was a former member of Marunde Muscle, and Jesse private messaged me Christmas Day 2005. I am still genuinely saddened by his passing. I can only imagine how his personal friends and family feel. Jesse Marunde was a VERY KIND man.

yea this guy compared to normal people he was like hercules but to other strongmen he was average joe if he would have lived he prob would have been the next best stronman in the world

He was a tremendous athlete i followed his WSM competitions for a long time and all of a sudden "he was gone" was a sad loss!
