yaknow what Ashley you did a good job.. its over and done with and you did the best you could in the mindset you were in. Don't worry about it, what're the chances you'll need to have that test again, right? I have been through a monstrosity of testing (all sorts) in my life for all diff. kinds of illnesses, esp gyno issues so i know what you mean about small gowns and embarassing moments and basically feeling humiliated, judged and it sucks. But just keep forging head, you are almost there!

I had all my work done the same day. I had to put a gown on and walk throught the hospital from one testing area to another. My gown was so big you could see my breasts throught the arm holes. Very uncomfortable. I hate the UGI. It was horrible and wouldn't ever want another one. I could even drink much of it or I would of threw up. He didn't make me. Other then that all was okay. I understand what you went through. Someone people just don't care.........

I hate to be the one to bring this up but that could almost be a lawsuit for discrimination. That is HORRIBLE!!! I think you were much nicer about the situation than I would've been.

That is unaceptable, I would complain even now.

That was a HORRIBLE experience! I am sorry that happened, But oh well, Surgery right around the corner, Happy New Year!

Dreamerscape is right. 2 gowns works great too. They should have NEVER made you so uncomfortable. They had no excuse for this, and it makes me so mad for you. Please stick up for yourself when you are uncomfortable like this again in the future. Doctors are not God. You deserved much better than this, Sweetie!!!!!

They should have never let you go through that uncomfortable situation. If they didn't give you a large gown for you, they should have at least given you a 2nd gown for your backside. No consideration. So sorry.
OMG! I totally had to do the UPPPER GI too, and the gown barely fit me too, but I kept my pants on so I was ok...but, the rolling around was hard for me too. I totally feel your uncomfortness. I am soo sorry that you went through that.

LOL I wish they would have let me keep pants on. The rolling around is awful, right?!

That is just SOOOO wrong. They have huge gowns available. If that ever happens again, ask for a larger gown before they begin the testing. I'm sorry you had to go through that.
