I just saw this movie the other night, and there was one song, that they just played for a brief moment (maybe 30 seconds) it had no vocals, just guitar, pretty aggressive stuff. I've searched all thru the 'Soundtrack of Cable Guy' and haven't found it. Its on this afternoon, I'll Tivo it, and find out where in the movie it takes place. I'm hoping someone will be able to help me "Name that tune".

I dont remember this song even being in the movies, unless it was in the final 30 sec of credits or something. Does anyone else recall this song even being in the movie. It's a good song.

@spencaro it was right at the scene where Mathew Broderick's character is getting out of Jack Black's car. You can hear it being played in the car, albeit distantly. I'm glad you enjoy the song!

Thanks for posting. Big toadies fan, been looking for this track for awhile. REALLY cool 90s soundtrack. the studios paid big bucks to the alternative bands back then.

@scottydukes No prob man, I absolutely love this track and thought everyone should be able to hear it. The Cable Guy had one of the best soundtracks, too bad the song is tuned down in the movie. It plays during the scene where Steve is getting out of Jack Black's car.

If you don't have "The Cable Guy" soundtrack, you are totally missing out! This is one of the best grung-y songs on the album.

@ChronicFunk223 "More Human Than Human" apparently was used in the movie, but not featured on the soundtrack. It's a White Zombie song. Really memorable guitar riff?

@ChronicFunk223 I think I know the song. Was it during the Knights scene where the cable guy and his friend fight? If so, it's "Blind" by Silverchair.
