No. It's actually worse than that. It's psychological torture and terrorism.
Bullying = The intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person, using electronic means to support severe, repeated, and hostile behavior. Sounds A LOT like the sex offender registry to me.
