  • I've been studying Jason Tso's videos, this one in particular, for several years now. Something I really like about his technique is how he uses spiral energy to supercharge his power strokes. You especially see this, I think, in his brush knee, in which he looks like he's bulling his way through a brick wall. The more I try to emulate this technique, the more power I can feel it delivering.

    I'm so glad I found this video years ago.

  • i learned this form by two different teacher but i find this one realy good and if i saw that i would say i can learn a lot more, thanks for sharing.he shows it much quicker to. i do like this. but still to train the chi and so on you need to practise other things to. thanks for sharing and have a nice time . peace
