That's pretty fuckin stupid that they flip a coin to see what side of wall to judge.Everybody knows that Block aren't perfect Besides these Retarded Rules and Judges.

Have a fastest plasterer competition.

@Geminii27 yes but can it shout at women from the scaffold, take long breaks and smoke 40 fags a day??
plus how would it build round corners?
-
@pacers714 What the hell are u talking about? 700 a day on a commercial building is nothing crazy. I know guys who can run 850-900 a day. When u get paid by the block u hustle. U just proved part of my last comment, "Seperate the men from the boys"..... Me = Man, U = boy.... Nuff said.

@pacers714 Unlike you I do believe in God, and I don't lie. For I am going to have to answer to Him for every word I speak, and so will you! I feel sorry for people like you who are miserable lost sinners on the road to hell and want everyone else to be as miserable as you are, which is proved by all your NEGATIVE posts on this video. youtube.com/watch?v=hAPQUpF0Km
4 Check this video out "O you of little faith", this is every day life sir, and I know you could never keep up. God bless. -
@cndbrn791 You dont have to be a tender at all to join a apprenticeship was u a rat
So - just over 100 blocks laid by a three-person team in 20 minutes. That's about 36 person-seconds per block?
While the craftsmanship is respectable, it really seems like we're due for a leap in bricklaying automation. Current packaging systems could place a brick in about 0.36 second (100x top human speed), have the mortar measured out to the millimeter, and could work 24/7. 20-25,000 bricks per day, or quite a large house appearing nearly overnight. And that's with one brickie onsite.

@Geminii27 Only one contestant is laying block. The other two are the tenders. If we assume the mason laid over 100 block, he would have laid about one block every ten seconds.

@dzibutti Level is one of the six criteria contestants are judged on. The top course of the wall at three locations, both ends and in the middle are judged. The single point of greatest deviation in each of the three sections is recorded. The number of 1/8" deviations in excess of 1/8" (1/8" at each location is allowed) is deducted.
