This is one of my favorite fall and winter lunch or dinner meals. It's not only totally delicious, it comes together in ten minutes and only bakes for thirty minutes. Make it once and you'll find yourself making it all of the time. I replace the chicken with store-bought baked tofu and include lots and lots of fresh vegetables. It doesn't get easier or more delicious than this.
OH THIS RECIPE OS SO SIMPLE! I LOVE IT!! AND I BROKE OUT LAUGHING BECAUSE YOULEFT YOU PANS IN THE OVEN AND COOKED THE PIES! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW NORMAL YOU ARE. I DO THAT TOO. ONCE, I ACCIDENTALLY BAKED MY MARTHA STEWART COOKBOOK. BECAUSE COMPANY SHOWED UP EARLY AND FORGOT AND PRE HEATED AWAY!! LOL MY 6 SONS LAUGH AND NOW SAY THIS IS THIER MAMAS TRADEMARK. I ALMOST BAKED "THE WHOLE FOODS WAY" BUT I CAUGHT IT. I LOVE YOU WEARING THAT FRUIT & VEGGIE HAT A LA CARMEN MIRANDA BUT YOURE CUTER!
