John Isaacs, the executive director of center for arms control and non proliferation discuss' the re dedication to nuclear weapons. The first treaty was signed by Mikhal Gorbachev and George H. Bush. The new treaty is hoped to be signed before the global nuclear security summit.

This is deceiving the rabble...naive, you shouldn't believe in their intentions of reducing weapons. This is "corporation politics"

Very well known political strategy.

Is a cycle that they intentionally produce from time to time, especially during deep economic recessions in order to estimulate economy, and also tell the people they are good guys.

They dismantle old weapons to build new ones. Only a few big corporations profit from the process.

The nuclear weapons would be key in a war if just SO happens IF a "Russian Terrorist Attack" hit's U.K.,America and Russia might go to war and use the weapons causing mass damage taking possibly millions of lives therefor making the illuminati's "Mass world Deopoulation by 80-90%"plot work. I mean both countries need a nuclear shield to survive, even kids know that.
