What do you do pretty boy? Are you a fitness trainer, model or just a fitness enthusiast?? There are (I suppose) no videos on workout made in English by an Indian on youtube. So you are going International huh???Your body fat level is really low which gives you that chiseled look and that is the hardest thing to do. You can get strong but getting that look is difficult. Welldone! Would have appreciated it more if you would have made these videos in Hindi. But great job anyway!

@jostenat Hey thats pretty cool ....just make sure that you increase your protein intake so that there is no muscle loss...stick with atleast 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight ......regards raghav :-)

hey man. i am from mumbai. i am 6.2 ft and 124 kgs..i have broad body. i have lots of fats near chest n back area. it is shapeless... plus i need to brng my weight down to 100 kgs... please suggest best possible workouts.. any suppliments for weight loss and etc. please do reply man! :(

@rossoneri151090 Hey,ok if your goal is weight loss then you gotta on the following 1) Most important your diet ,its 70 percent of our complete progress,if you not gonna follow a healthy then no amount of workout will help so start by eating smaller quantity and frequently and avoid all processed food like sugar,chips,biscuits coz thats the reason we why we all have body fat. 2) Exercise three days to four days week ...check out body weight workous on my channel.....raghav :-)
