The 1st Shop of Coffee Prince Cafe - 커피프린스 1호점

Visiting The 1st Shop of Coffee Prince Cafe in Hongdae, Seoul, where they filmed the MBC Korean drama for a drink and a souvenir mug. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Hongik University Station.

Technical Details:
Videos were shot using a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 (AVCHD Lite, 720p) and edited together using Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10 (AVC, 720p, 60fps, 15Mbps).

@andyhwaiting - Yup! I've been using it everyday it's in my office:-) yes, they also give me the sponge bob bag how cute! even the manager & the staff we have pictures together and they seems to be a nice and accommodating people..are you planning to go back in coffee prince shop anytime soon?

Ah! I've been here! how come your allowed to take the video? I just bought the same mug too!they won't allow you to go inside and take a picture unless you ordered right?

@myluvgong I found out after I was done while at the counter that no videos were allowed but pics were OK. I'm not sure but I think you're right in that you have to order something if you want to look around and take pics. Have you used your mug yet? Mine's still in the box and in the Sponge Bob Square Pants (?!?!) bag they gave it to me in!

Man I just found out that they opened a Coffee Prince in New Jersey. I'm not sure if it's of any relevance to show though. You're very lucky for being able to see the real deal

@bloc22 That would be cool to see a Coffee Prince outside of Korea, but you're right, it's probably not affiliated. I feel fortunate to have checked out the real thing in Seoul like you said.

@bloc22 oh that's cool so they actually built a replica in New Jersey after the show aired? I would love to visit the real deal as well haha. I heard the coffee there is pretty damn expensive like 7000won for an iced mocha? lol I don't care though I'd buy it just because. :)

@andyhwaiting - hahaha! i'm not a coffee drinker:-) just went to coffee prince shop because I am proud to say that Im an avid fan of Gong Yoo & Eun Hye, BTW, I just ordered hot choco & cheesecake and it was soooo good!
