Political satirist (Thank You For Smoking) Christopher Buckley brings down the house in this raucous interview with host Dean Nelson as part of the 2009 Writers Symposium by the Sea, sponsored by Point Loma Nazarene University. Series: Writer's Symposium By The Sea [4/2009] [Public Affairs] [Humanities] [Show ID: 15782]
I hope Buckley was well paid for putting up with this insipid interviewer.

@ebruzaitis At 10:30 " Will you let me finish?" Bad moment for him...wish he'd just laugh instead.

chris's book "losing mum and pup" is one of the most insightful books i've read and says much regarding what has been occurring in america this last century. i like their family's priority: "God, family, country".

Nelson's insecurity is annoying...Buckley is brilliant, and rolls well with Nelson's silly interjections when he "almost forgot whose interview this is..."
