Be sure to watch in full screen! At the western terminus of the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad is Frostburg, a classic small eastern town right between West Virginia and Pennsylvania. At this point, #734 uncouples from its train to take a spin on the turn table, so it faces the right direction for the return trip. This allows for great pictures, as well as some time to check out the Thrasher Carriage Museum, and grab some grub.
If I remember right, it was June 20, 2009. This was the Saturday train. The steam engine runs on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in the summer.
