You said your tuning wrong. open C is CGCGCE not CGCCGE..

I wrote a guitar tab for this song in the open C tuning described in this video. If anyone is interested it is at ultimate guitar DOT com. Search for "Question" and look under Moody Blues for "Question (ver 2)".
And BTW, a 12 string DOES make all the difference.

I snapped my g string trying to tune all the way up to C. won't make that mistake again. maybe add a note in your video. you mean cgcGce, right?

The second and fourth chords have a different strum then the 1st and 3rd. They start on the upbeat. Also the D, E, F part also has a completely different struff. No break on the up beat of the 1 beat. Listen again. It took me awhile to get it down. Listen to the version from This Is The Moody. It is a different mix than the Question Of Balance version. (I beleive it's a different take). The guitar is more pronounced. Keep up the good work!.
