Really great stuff! One question, why do you feel you need to cleanse twice a year when you're on a fully Raw Organic diet? For the toxics in the air?

Great question. I live in Los Angeles, which as some of the worst air in the country. The water I bathe in is not filtered yet. I grow much of my own organic vegetables yet cannot always afford to buy organic fruits. So, the background environment in which I move still has many compromises. Plus, cleansing the colon and other organs regularly, four times a year, is just great habit formation.
