@mojo20oz51 Thanks!! Not sure. It was just a leisurely day. I guess it was about 1.2 from CDW to WWD, including my lap around the point and the long approach.

nice job! how long was the trip?

That's just a stroboscopic effect you get from the camera lens. You may have seen it in an old black and white wetsern when you look at the spokes of a wagon wheel and they seem to go from spinning forwards to backwards. The prop was always spinning at a rate fast enough that you can't see it when looking through it.
Thanks for checking out the video.

Great approach and smooth landing!

@jsmykal Thanks a lot! I wasn't going to post this video because of the short base to final turn. But happily nobody has commented about it.

What is the noise when you landed? It sound like a Kazoo or one of those things you blow into on New Years Eve with the roll on the end of it? I have heard this on other landings?

@wq1299 It's a stall warning horn

I remember that day! It was at Cape May and was the first time I flew in a GA plane, a 172. There were piles of snow everywhere but it was like 60 degrees!

@coronelprice It was pretty icey when I was there but I'm sure a day or two later it got nice and warm. You picked off a nice airport for the first ride!!
