@LAKOPUNJABI I theink you are thinking of tubifex worms, or maybe a disease called bloat in malawi cichlids,if you feed them too much protien in thier diet they contract the disease.

wait isn't there a consequence if you feed your fish brine shrimp? brine shrimp bring in disease as well as stick to the fish, killing them

Yes, I kept them in the clear fresh water before I feed them to my fish.

I never do that. I just grow them up and then feed them to my fish.
