  • I really needed to hear this. Woke up feeling so depressed and searched for acceping depression and came across your video. I can relate to so much of what you said. You are very wise for your age. I wish you the best in all your endeavours.

  • @skmaxwell2 Thank you for your positive feedback.

Every day that we choose to be present is a step forward. Keep waking up and there will always be hope that things will get better.

    Wishing you the best xx

  • That was very touching, Jasmine. You're my hero!

    also

I really hope you get to make a Screenplay eventually. I always liked your stuff at Film School. Such a shame you left.

  • @SteveOnly

Thank you Steve. I hope to be back by next year.

  • Glad I could be of some help. I'll be posting another video within the week :-)

  • Yes, it's all in the head, but it beyond our control. I should have been in work today, but I just couldn't go. Things are so bad, not just mental pain, but physical too. Had a really bad panic attack yesterday and keep bursting in to tears today. I can relate totally to your video.

  • @callmeservant I can't function like this anymore.

  • I almost can't accept the Bipolar. I hated when I was on medication the fact that when you try to talk to people about thinking positive they look at you like your a fraud and so many people judge you and look at you differently. Your opinion doesn't matter because you took the easy way out. I used to be very open because I wanted to help people but now when people ask I say "That's none of your business" and I feel so ashamed. But I get so depressed when I'm off my medication it's unbareable.
