I skated with Billy when he was really young and he wasnt fish then. He skated all day everyday and you just knew he was gonna be sick. Go skate tottenville high school in staten island, new york thats where he started.

I dont think. I know. I've skated with fish since i live in ny and he told me that when he was about 14 he used to skate with calvin sayles and calvin and him were watching "half baked" and calvin was like, o you look like the guy in the movie they called fish cuz u got a similar hair cut, and so whenever they had big sessions calvin would call him fish and then everybody did and it just stuck.

People told me that back in the day,
there was a rollerblader with the nickname Fish, and everybody thought that Billy O'Neill looked like him,
so the call him Fish.
