You go girl! I thoroghly enjoyed this video. I, myself, am a female loan officer and have dealt with some of the same things. I am still struggling with the whole "delegate" thing as far as my files, but I will take your advice on that as well as other useful tips!

Jessica, What is it that you do to go "the extra mile" such that you are appreciated with referrals? I think I am going the extra mile and while I get referrals and thank you's etc. my business could be 1000 times better. I do care a lot about my customers and put forth naturally a lot of energy in that direction. Thanks in advance for more of your helpful insights.
