Youtube Copyright Nazi's

We need to figure this out with them so our awesome good videos don't get deleted...or worse the account!!!

I know the copyright nazis are a problem. What pisses me off the most is that they remove audio in many videos.

I just fell victim to copyright Nazis again. I used a song which is in Japanese, just used it and gave it English subtitles so people who don't know Japanese can understand what's going on.

The thing that pisses me off the most is how strict the copyright rules are here, but they won't do shit when it comes to spammers and trolls.

If there's anything we can do about copyright Nazis, I'll join the war against them.

youtube is run by a bunch of nazi's.. none of this content should be block as long as you are not making a profit from it and you clearly give credit to the owner of the copyrighted material... because it falls under the fair use law.. its the same reason why college kids can right essays and quote or use ideas from other works and not get sued for it.. all i got to say is fuck youtube and its nazi ass parent compay google.. there both CIA fronts anyways... pieces of shit..

I get annoyed whenever I or someone else makes a parody video and it gets removed because parody falls under the fair use doctrine. The Supreme Court of the United States stated that parody "is the use of some elements of a prior author's composition to create a new one that, at least in part, comments on that author's works." That commentary function provides some justification for use of the older work. YouTube apparently doesn't recognise the ruling of the Supreme Court.
