8. Georgia was preparing for this aggression well in advance and used CNN as it own war propaganda machine worldwide. In large cities in the U.S. and around the world, CNN cameras showed followers of Saakashvili staging protests in the support of the Georgian dictators actions. Regime supporters were sending tons of IReports (a better name would be LieReports) for CNN to air and to publish on its website. Those actions of CNN and some other U.S. media served to escalate the South Ossetia-Georgia conflict. CNN, always happy to make more money on advertising, was producing a large and worried audience. 9. But this practice of dirty war games for money is against American principles, and its already damaging U.S. interests, creating fear of nuclear war between two nations and an arms race at the expense of already straggling Americans. But some individuals in CNN were screaming over their lies, Why doesnt the U.S. take tough action on the aggressor Russia? -- trying to force the U.S. government to take actions it may regret later. 10. Thank God we didnt end up with WW III, but damage to the U.S.-Russian relationship and world peace is huge. Some in the U.S. government, in particular Condoleezza Rice, used unjustified and disrespectful words and threats addressing Russia. But Russia -- under international agreements mentioned above -- has an obligation to defend the South Ossetian peoples right to exist. 11. The latest U.S. actions defending the insane and useless dictator of impoverished and repressed Georgia brought contra-productive results. Billions of dollars will be spent on an escalating arms race at the expense of already struggling American taxpayers. Numerous times from CNN screens during first two weeks of conflict, Condoleezza Rice and some other hard-line politicians and news commentators insulted and demonized Russian leaders and the Russian solders, who sacrificed many lives of their solders and spent hundreds of millions dollars for humanitarian actions to save the South Ossetia people from complete slaughtering, total ejection from their homeland, and the absolute destruction of the republics infrastructure.

Now the U.S. may have a problem asking Russia for support in issues like Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, etc. Unfortunately, present U.S. leadership, fuelled by bias and untruthful CNN reports, rashly decided to chose as a partner ruthless and obviously insane Saakashvili (see video of him eating his tie at www.myspace.com/moscownewyork ), who started inhumane and sneaky aggression against the South Ossetian people. The neo-conservative U.S. government, under pressure from some Russophobes in the mainstream news media, gave unconditional support to the Georgian dictator at the expense of a good relationship with super-powerful Russia, going against the Chinese position and others on this conflict at the U.N. Security Council. 13. It is hard to understand why good relationships were rejected with stable and prosperous Russia. It is not in the interest of the American people to end cooperation with another great nation, Russia. Russia has one of the fastest growing and best running free market economies and is the number one exporter of oil and gas. It is a nation where a big majority of the people loves its leaders. It holds veto power in U.N. and, with its great intellectual heritage, has a huge influence on world politics.

The information we have received suggests that horrible crimes were committed there. People were killed, burnt, run down by tanks, had their throats cut, President of R F Medvedev said on the second day of Sakakashvilis aggression against the breakaway republic.
