hi you are really a great cook. you inspire me to eat healthy & more than that you show us that cooking healthy is not that difficult. i have a question i watch lot of korean dramas in that they show lots & lots of side dishes served in small plates or bowls. do you really serve your family every meal like that in real life. if so what about cleaning dishes 3 times daily. how about if you are working mom. i'm realy curious.can you tell me secret.
thanks

If you like raw chinese cabbage flavor.. you can try..but I will prefer just normal cabbage for this side-dish.

I'm going to try this. My family and I are trying to eat healthier and this would be an amazing side dish to serve with dinner.

Hi! Thnx for the recipe. I'd like to know the shelf life on how many days should I keep it. Ü

Some people only like this side-dish when it's fresh.. so the next day is not as good as the first day..but I like it... later too.. so usually I eat this for about 3 ~4 days.. but you can keep over a week if you still like the flavor then..

Can i use the round onion instead? To buy a green onion here in my place is pretty hard.
