The video presents the construction process of a 100m2 built-up area prefabricated house built using sandwich panels. The panels for the walls and the roof are made to fit in the factory and transported to the site for installation. The panels provide excellent insullation against heat and have a life span of more than 10 years guaranteed.
The interior finishes can be modified to the demand of the owner including floors and ceiling.
All the components of the house are fit into a 40ft container and can be constructed fully in less than 2 weeks including all electrical and sanitary installtions.
The assembly does not require any cranes or heavy machinaries and only manpower is required.
The concept is to provide low cost fast construction houses with healthy and homey enviroment that a family can truely enjoy.
