Cabras beach: Is Arutas

[English] Is Arutas is one of the most beautiful beach of the Sinis formed by small white pieces of quartz that the sea has deposited on the beach in the time.
You can arrive there, if you come from Cabras, passing in front of the small town called "San Salvatore" and then travelling in the middle of the Sinis countryside, until you will find directly close to the sea.
An advice: do not take the sand with you, you will have a very high fine; it has been necessary to preserve this place.
[Italiano] Is Arutas è una delle spiagge più belle del Sinis costituita da piccoli chicchi di quarzo bianco che nel tempo si sono depositati sulla riva.
Ci si arriva venendo da Cabras, passando davanti il piccolo paese di San Salvatore e poi percorrendo la campagna del Sinis fino a trovarvi direttamente sul mare.
Un consiglio: non portate via la sabbia, sia per il rispetto della natura che per evitare salate multe dovute proprio a mantenere intatta questa bellissima spiaggia.
