Elec 424 - Milestone 2 - uC-OSii with tilt detection

11/30/09 Milestone 2 - uC-OSii with tilt detection - board LEDs blink from 0.5 Hz to 4 Hz when tilted. When tilted in one direction, the duty cycle halves (down to 0.5 Hz), and when tilted in the other direction, the duty cycle doubles (up to 4 Hz).

Note: Bottom right green led works, but needs to be soldered down closer to the board
