I tried to do this but I did not find anyone, I have never been to Salem so maybe that is why can't although I am good at meditation and visualisation. Any help plz

@DogDayDreams The exact procedure is described on facebook page, you can look it up under Cabot Kent Hermetic Temple. I cannot post a link here for some reason. The Script is put up every week, the discussions on the meditation itself are posted in the "notes" segment. The process is a bit different than most meditations. The more you do it the better, and even if you do not "see" anyone, you can still project the light and gain benefit from it. Never having been to Salem is not a problem.

The 17th is my birthday, what a gift! I am really looking forward to this especially as it has been a while since I have meditated. Some parts of my practice have waned, meditation has been one of them, but this is a perfect time to get started again.

I would love to do this but I have such a hard time meditating. I really am a beginning and am having difficulties quieting my mind as well as visualizing (on command, otherwise I see things very well if my mind wanders on its own) Any advice on how to quiet the mind?

This is a beautiful idea. I've hosted many circles where we've connected over distances in a place above Mississippi and the results, clarity, and communication between us was purely amazing; I received my Reiki attunements from a distance and the place I was taken to was breath taking. I was literally in space viewing the Earth from a distance with a ring of others who were also being attuned and healed. I am definitely looking forward to Thursday this week!
