I love Tom Rigney and Flambeau! I live in California and this is as close as Zydeco as you can get! I LOVE THEM! ♥♥♥

19Truth, you are right..they aren't Zydeco..what they are a professional band that mixes stuff up..and yeah, Caroline Dahl, here playing the accordion player, isn't really an accordion player..she's a great boogie-woogie keyboard player.actually they are probably the biggest band working in Northern Cal. right now..I'm not saying they are the best, and yeah, they really aren't either Cajun or Zydeco..Just a good dance band that lots of people like to dance to..and they work alot..

Sorry California dude. That ain't 'Zydeco.' You want real sounding Zydeco you need to import some Louisiana musicians. Your accordion player's sound sucks. Tell him to open up ALL his registers and play through an amp (mic the amp) to get that fat, raspy sound. And he's also playing too much. The accordion is NOT a background instrument. It's strictly lead. Do some investigation before you attempt to recreate something. You sound like those lamos 'Bon Musique Zydeco' out of L Angeles!

I'm a fan from 'way back when his band was the Sundogs in the 80's. First saw them live at the 4th of July Redwood City Street Fair, bought a cassette (before CDs), and just kept on buyin' them. He's awesome - the King of Zydeco!
