Here a few great exercises you can do to develop a strong core. People often assume that in order for a person to reach the pinnacle of fitness, it is vital to have a hard stomach with 6 pack abs. Besides the 6 pack abs, a strong core is essential to many movements such as planche, handstands, backflips and various other advanced movements.

  • @jesserobles no prob :). if ur really interested in losing that extra flab, check out the "Four-Hour Body" by timothy ferris. incredible book. it has tips on losing weight and it shows you how to drop down to a 8-10% bodyfat as well as getting a six pack, and a whole host of other incredible body hacks. just thought id throw that out there just in case

  • @TheTrblMkrs Is just that I'm slim and eat very healthy, but over the years I never got to lose that small flubby belly and pelvis. Is not so bad, but I wish that whole area was more flat. Anyways, thank you for the advice :)
