@SaffronAJK Took some doing (like an hour and a half of going through U.N. Owen mixes) but I think I've found it. It's from Rockgirl, OST track 21, "Final Battle". The outfit that made it is called Hobby Atelier Carrot Wine. Look up "vgmdb 11273" (without quotes) in Google for its entry in the video game music database.

i beat Yukari in koumajou destsu 2 but i can't beat Flandre in Koumajou Densetsu XD
