To get to 4000 hits he needs 6 years of 210 hits a year and another 100 this year that won't happen he's 35 now. Btw Hitters don't last that long pitchers maybe and since he's not on the juice don't expect it. His stats have dropped each year since 2006. 4000 hits give me a break, whats next 400 Hr's.
They aren't going anywhere until they actually beat the Angels or Red Sox. As for Jeter he's played 14 years damn guess he'll be playing past 40 for the 3700. Then again he never gets hurt and is having a pretty good year.
He's so clutch thats why he led his team to biggest collapse and only team to lose a series up 3-0. Great captain Mr. Clutch October/November talk about earning that huge contract. He does have good playoff stats when it comes to runs scored, Hr's surprisingly but his stolen bases, wallks, rbi's, strike outs aren't impressive. Also 3 hr & 8 rbi's in 32 World Series games is nothing special. Clearly overrated for having 8 series of .230 avg or less yikes thats got to be a record.
