I have a Samsung plasma and it does the same thing, only much louder. I am an avid A/V guru, and have tried switching out cords and everything you can think of to fix this problem, and I still get loud buzzing feedback on my speakers. Something in my receiver picks up on the buzzing frequency and amplifies it. VERY ANNOYING.

It's an issue with altitude. The higher you are, the more the gas causes buzzing.
Does this only happen when using the tv speakers? If so, why not invest in a receiver? I know it sucks to spend MORE money to fix it, but if you are going for big picture, you should go for big sound as well. Even a low end surround sound in a box solution would work wonders.

Yeah that sucks... it's strange that Samsung can't seem to fix this... or at least explain what is causing it.
