Trashy Games #13: Mortal Kombat 4 (GBC)

This game was originally for the Arcade until it got ported to the PlayStation, Nintendo 64, PC and this disgusting Gameboy Colour version that was done by Digital Eclipse.

It's really bad. The graphics are terribly ported and the music is just abysmal. Together, they would make the standards of an average pirate game. Not only that, the near-broken controls get in the way too. Unlike my last video of this, I've went onto the "Warrior" level and used Scorpion instead of Subzero, where he defeated Reiko but lost against Tanya brutally, either by the broken controls or his opponent's dodgy AI. Liu Kang and Quan Chi were no match for her either.

The music for Kirby's Dreamland is shit loads better and that one is Game Boy! I do not know why the music is shitty for this game.

I got this game for a birthday present. Yes, I was unlucky enough to get this game on a birthday. The graphics would look crappy on MS Paint, the sound is ear-bleeding, the controls are sometimes slightly unresponsive, but, the most insulting thing is that when you finish the game, guess what you get for an ending? Some bland text, and guess what...

THE GAME OVER SCREEN! They're so lazy they can't even design a screen with text saying "THE END"? The programmers should be fired for making this.
