F4 Phantom making low pass over San Diego Harbor, about 400 kts, buzzing sailboats, in 1970. Aircraft's reflection on water surface in last scene shows how low we were.

  • This footage was shot in either late 1970 or early 1971. I don't know who was leader of the blues.

  • The sailboats are at hte entrance to San Diego Harbor. The open water and islands are along the coast.

  • @guille6362 I beg to differ. The sailboats were sailing in San Diego Harbor or the approach to it on a Sunday afternoon forty years ago when we flew down to buzz them.
