Czech President Vaclav Klaus caught on tape stealing a pen while on an official visit to Chile.

Besides YT Czech students as Chilean policewomen with bullhorn arresting Klaus at the courtyard of Prague Castle as visiting Hungarian president + Klaus were greeted with Honor Guard, Czechs also made a collection and sent Klaus thousands of pens. On YT is Czech parody of the well known clip showing Hitler going balistic in his Berlin bunker. Here he is Klaus, exploding as his generals tell him: No protocol pen. In the end he orders to set up trip to S America "where no one would recognize him".
