KTM 690 Duke vs Triumph Daytona 675 at Mallory Park

Going back to back on my KTM 690 Duke against my Triumph Daytona 675 at a KTM day 02 July 2009, only the video tells which is faster.
Seems that even though the KTM is slower on the straights, the shortness of the track and the tightness of Edwina's, Shaw's hairpin & the Bus Stop chicane shows that an easy to ride bike, can beat a much more powerful one.

Hi

This video is not meant to knock Triumph, I own both bikes and rode both, on the same day.

I would just take the Daytona to a trackday, but as it was a part KTM day I thought it would be good to give it a go,

It felt faster on the Triumph but, when I put both bike video's together I found out that " I " was faster on the Duke.

It seems that on balance Mallory's slower stop/start areas benefitted the Duke & penalized the Daytona to the point that it was hard for me to claw it back.
