  • Lady's please show me how to make traditional Samba from Hyderabad, please pretty please,

  • @noelpattern : We think you mean "Sambar" and not "Samba", rt? If so, your wish has been granted ;)

We do have a recipe for Sambar- please search for it on our website or on our YouTube channel.

  • Tried it today and it turned out to be amazing.. I used traditional pasta sauce instead of tomato sauce and it was amazing.. M glad Brussels sprouts got added to our veggies list.. you both are amazingg ... :)

  • @ showmethecurry, Hi Ladies wonderful yes it is Sambar, indeed, I was in Sahpoor Nagar visiting our orphanage and school and they feed it to the children in the school, but it was a busy time and with the languge barrier it was hard to engage with the cook. But yes also would love how to make roti bread. thank you ladies, Namestai,

  • That's the stew that Bear Grylss hate

  • Another way to cook them is shred them like cabbage and stir fry with usual tadka. You can added green peas or a little soaked mung dal and sambar powder and may be a sprinkling of coconut. Yet another way is to simply stir fry shredded brussels and added stirfried daal masala. Daal to be soaked and blended before stirfry in oil with chillie powder asafoetida ....

  • you both are grt! thanks for new veggie.. shud try now.... keep them coming!

  • @ShowMeTheCurry All this time i thought both of you were sisters. Both of you are real beautiful.

  • I like the spatula you are using. May I ask where did you get it from? I will get one for myself. :)

  • Looks like a good recipe. I'm only interested in vegetarian recipes to include more vegetables in my diet. I have no intentions of ever becoming a vegetarian but I want to eat more vegetable dishes.

  • Anuja is my Honie.
