  • Despite the really lousy tip on how to fill a layer with a colour, the tutorial is great! (Seriously, have you never heard of keyboard shortcuts before? Sure they are not very handy in video tutorials, but to fill a background layer by "clicking numerous times to ensure it's all white" is just not a very good tip ^^)

  • @xBris It wasn't a tip, actually. It was just how I decided to fill the background. I guess it's a question of habits. I use shortcuts for some things but not for others. Thx for the comment.

  • Did you try clicking on the little arrow to see the different tools available to you? Hold down the shift key and press the W key repeatedly until you get the magic wand tool.

    There's no reason why all the tools would not be there. thx.
