Today I'm going to show you how to make Miyuk Gook.
Please watch my other videos and subscribe!

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups of Dried Seaweed (Bite Size Pieces)
- 4 Cups of Cold Water
- 1 tsp of Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Cup of Beef (Sirloin or any other kind of meat/seafood)
- 1 tsp of Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsbp of Soup Soy Sauce

- Cut into bite size pieces of Dried Seaweed with scissors.
- Put Seaweed into cold water for 10 minutes and then rinse twice and drain.
- Turn stove on high heat and add Sesame Oil, Garlic, Beef, and Soup Soy Sauce.
- Cook for a few minutes and then add Seaweed.
- Add cold water and bring to a boil. Once it's boiling it's done!
- Add extra soup soy sauce/salt to taste.
- Serve with Steamed Rice or any other side dishes.

    You canpurchase the kook kanjang from Korean market.

    I got soup soy sauce from Asian supermarket.

    You could use regular soy sauce or salt to taste.
