Sounds like either a hipster or someone who is new to this country and doesn't know about the racist connotations of associating a black man with fried chicken, watermelon, grape soda, chitlins, corn bread, etc. If it's the former, the smarmy little prick should be beaten on principle, if it's the latter, carefully explaining how naming your fried chicken restaurant after a black president might get taken the wrong way is probably in order.
