  • @MadMarshFZ6 It does, and if you think about it on a worldwide scale, it's a fantastic visual compliance metering system of the world population, don't you think? they are not interested in personal safety, but you can't blame these minion's on the street, they merely take their orders from up above, this is everything to do with compiance and slavery, the sad thing is that unbeknown to them, they are policing in a fascist state that will also affect on their children, they are blinkered.

  • @DangerousDave600 God point dave ! but sadly no matter who you vote for, the government will always get in ! voting is merely a feel good option!

  • @TelevisionX just where do you get that notion from ? try being involved in a side impact crash at 62mph! then talk to me about how good seat belts are as they rip your sacroiliac joint from you pelvic cage. How dare they attempt to compel anyone to wear these things when they are proven not to be 100% safe ? these fluorescant bods on here would not have a clue about the bad side of seat belts if it bit them on the arse, since they are all programmed mindless morons reading from a script.

  • @shakey87 very good that man !!!!

  • so called officers taking a TOUGH stance ought to look what happens to drivers or passengers involved in side impact crashes before getting all high and mighty !!! seat belts have not been the one hundred percent success story the government with their LIES would have anyone believe, and for that reason nobody can be compelled to use them. They need to leave people to make their own choices on their own safety, and get out and start fighting real crime ! this is embarrassing.

  • the police in shotingham downt get the reel drug e criminals thay get the man woman in the street 4 fuk all like chuking a fag nub have in tint windows in ther car and do in fuck all no wunder nottingham is call d shotingham the dirty bent pigs downt get the reel criminals the smack heads that make notts a shit place to live fuck the dirty bent pigs a c a b

  • hAS IT NOT OCCURRED TO ANYONE THAT THEDSE OFFICERS ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOBS?Other officers are employed to deal with drugs problems. They're traffic officers and deal with traffic offences first hence the seat belts issue. They're not employed to scouir the streets for drugs and gun crime. They'll react to it if they come across it whil working but their main priority is the safety of all road users not just the ones on phones.

  • I can understand a fine for using a mobile phone since that action could hurt antoher person. But the seatbelt? How does me not wearing a seatbelt effect other people?? If my car crashes its me and only me who will be effected so to impose a fine on somehting which effects me is crazy. Next it will be £20 fine for smoking or drinking since it hurts my health.

  • fuking stupid pigs a c a b

  • oh look its the fluorescent fascists doing fuck all as usual, you know Nottinghamshire has a HUGE and I mean HUGE drug (I mean smack and crack, really damaging drugs not pot because that is a herb and has not been manufactured chemically by ray ray and stevie in the crack shack) AND GUN problem and there they are, telling people to belt up, LIKE THEY FUCKING CARE. I'll tell you why because the government sells your drugs and guns to you, and would like nothing more than chaos so they can rule.
