Yip/Jump Music is the fifth self-released music cassette album by singer-songwriter Daniel Johnston, recorded over the summer 1983.
Yip/Jump Music is the first album to feature Johnston on the chord organ. It was recorded in his brother's garage in Texas.
The album featured at number 35 in Kurt Cobain's list of his 50 favourite albums from his journal.

Where do the stomping sounds come from? Is he stamping his feet? Is he bashing the keys super hard? Mic too close to keys? I really like that sound... like built in drums.

@Threeleggedyoyo i'm pretty sure he's hitting the keys really hard. i agree it makes a really neat sound, no need for a drummer!
