@jrbriereedney they're ear monitors,ear monitor is something that you put in your ear and you hear all the instruments together in your ears,now you will ask me why don't they hear each other by their amplifiers,for instance you are a guitarist and you have four amplifiers behind your back on very high volume you can't hear the bass if you have four amplifiers behind your back and your bass player's amplifiers are ten meters near your amplifiers
