Hi Chef... I Just finished making this recipe exactly as u prescribed and it was excellent... we loved it!!! Just one question... Is this a PICKLE which taste better on aging????? or should we finish it immediately?

The sorrel in the UK looks a bit different the leaves longer, blade like, I wonder if it tastes the same?

oh please the people who complain that u r eating with hands also eat with hands... If Indians complain.. ask them how they eat chapati and poori? if Foreigners complain , ask them how they eat their pizzas ? with a fork ? for gods sake eating with clean washed hands is not wrong at all....

Just want to know who to manage this pickel if its salt is a bit high.
Kocham uppu ekuvaga undi in the one I bought.I think its acts as preservative as well. But what to do to make more managable.

I love gongura pickle with onions , chop some onions and add to the pickle and eat the next day , it will taste great and also reduce some salt , do a small batch at a time and finish it the same week
